Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to ChatGPT to PDF (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.

1. Service Description

We provide a web-based workflow that converts ChatGPT conversations and related text into professionally formatted PDF files. Features may evolve over time, and we may add or remove components without prior notice.

2. Accounts & Payments

  • Some features may require an account. You must keep your credentials confidential.
  • Subscription fees, if applicable, will be processed by Stripe or another payment partner. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, suspected fraud, or Terms violations.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. We process it solely to generate PDFs you request. We do not store, analyze, or sell this content after the conversion completes.

You grant us a limited license to handle the content only for the purpose of providing the Service and improving the conversion pipeline.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe intellectual property rights while using the Service.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harassing content.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated PDFs as professional advice without appropriate review.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-assisted formatting may produce errors or omissions. Always review generated PDFs before sharing or relying on them. We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Feedback

If you submit suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation, and they do not create any confidentiality obligation.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or if required by law. Upon termination we may delete stored presets or account data, except where retention is legally required.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatGPT to PDF and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless your local law requires a different venue.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms when necessary. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or in-app messaging. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
